DACC Health and Fitness
Personal Training Nutrition Running Routes

The DACC Health and Fitness programs are based on recommendations from the Surgeon General of the United States. Physical activity at any age is beneficial to community members, from youth to senior citizens. Such programs can include exercise and weight management, body fat composition education, and exercise for muscular-skeletal conditions, cancer prevention and the benefit of exercise for cardiovascular disease. The DACC's programs are a platform for preventative health care in the community.

All members receive a FREE Fitness evaluation with a certified instructor. Each new member will recieve two instructional appointments to learn the proper technique and usage of all strength training and cardiovascular equipment. All strength training settings and weights will be recorded on a personalized work out program card for you. These cards will be placed in the fitness room file cabinet for your use every time you visit.

The DACC includes state of the art fitness and aerobic equipment, as well as an aerobic studio that will be used for aerobics, karate, tai chi, self-defense, and other related health and fitness classes and programs.

Our state of the art fitness facility room offers a wide variety of Cardiovascular, strength training and free weight equipment.

DACC Group Exercise Class Policies

Safety Notes
  • Proper footwear should be carried into the facility.
    No outdoor shoes are allowed in the aerobic studio.
  • Comfortable exercise clothes, water bottle and towels are recommended.
  • No one is permitted to enter class (10) ten minutes after it has started without a proper warm-up because it is essential for your safety.
  • Due to the increase of members, station set up for others running late will not be allowed. (First come first serve)
  • There must be (2) two or more participants for class to be held.
  • Classes and times are subject to change based on attendance.
  • Please refrain from using cell phones in all group exercise classes.

  • Please wipe down all equipment after use. Please be considerate of other members!!
  • Due to the increase of membership, please limit your time on the cardio equipment to 30 minutes while others are waiting.
