Each Workshop is designed to increase your knowledge and understanding of nutrition. During the one hour workshop, you will be given a detailed overview of the topic and practical advice on how you can incorporate changes in your diet and exercise program to improve your overall health. A certified personal trainer will give instruction on strength training, flexibility and aerobic exercise to maximize your personal fitness goals.
As a participant, you will receive an information packet to guide you through each workshop and
take-home information so that you can start making healthy changes the very next day.
