Fitness Childcare
Please be aware of our new fitness childcare policies. New procedures and new ages for children. Fitness childcare is now for children ages 3 months - 11-years in addition we require a 24hr notice, so please call 895-9500 ext 109 and speak with Ms. Kim or leave message with childcare staff. In addition we have added Sunday hours with a 24 hour notice.
Cardio Boxing Circuit Drills-
Classes are overflowing
This 60minute class is on Monday nights @ 7:15pm. There is a 10 participant limit, so first to come in and sign up with Paula in the aerobic room each night get to join in on the fun. YOU NEED GLOVES OR WRAPS and sneakers. It is a free class to members and is instructed my Paula Waddell (amateur boxer). If you would like one-on-oneboxing training we do provide this with Paula for an extra fee.

The DACC provides a safe, licensed Day Care Center for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years old. Located at 185 Mott Road in Duanesburg, we are accepting registrations for part-time and full-time care
